"I was involved in a bad collision that totaled my truck and left me pretty banged up. I'd never been involved in anything like that before and didn't have a clue about what to do. I was too hurt to get up out of bed and already the other driver's insurance was pressuring me to "meet with them in person" and settle up quickly. I also began getting calls from shady lawyers and law firms within a day of the police report being published. I have a job and am an honest person.
